Job Description:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role
• Ensure all rules, regulations and compliance standards are adhered as per company norms
• Ensure high sales productivity levels are maintained.
• Be informed about the importance of the Brands we represent and how to represent it in attitude, appearance and behavior
• Reinforce values through daily interactions with internal Team members.
• Be updated on Product, Policy, Documentation, compliance, competition offerings etc. Training programs ongoing basis.
• Ensure customer services turnaround time and customer stratification is maintained a high level.
• Achieve sales target as assigned & managing customer expectations
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Maintain good coordination and work closely with Sr. Sales managers
• Ability to work in team & handle pressure
• Good understanding of banking rules & regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• banking: 1 year (Required)
• credit cards sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Arabic (Preferred)
