Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.

• Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.

• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.

• Creating user accounts and performing access control.

• Installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, monitoring and automating tasks for various systems like Active Directory Servers (Windows Server 2012 R2 and older), Software Deployment Systems and VMWare 5/6

• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.

• Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.

• Lead Security initiatives (Encryption, Multi Factor Authentication, Vulnerability and Patch Management).

• Run quality checks on products/programs to ensure optimal and efficient performance

• Ensure the security of an organization’s IT database by performing backups and updating security protocol

• SSL VPN Remote Access Solutioning and Support

• Lead internal initiatives that result in highly available, redundant, resilient systems and services

• Design comprehensive monitoring and alerting strategies built around key performance and health indicators using Enterprise grade monitoring tools

• Configurations for new projects being deployed to the corporate environment

• Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.

• Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.

• Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.

• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration

• Able to set up and install media equipment such as LCD Interactive Panels, projectors, speakers, Ro Audio, PA Systems, TVs, video monitors, amplifiers, CCTV’s. Job Description Position Title: IT Engineer

• Visit schools and universities to assist in site surveys, implementation, and support.

• Able to prepare BOM and get quotes as per the requirements.

• Installation of MDM and configuration

Qualifications required

1. Education and Training:

To become an information technology engineer, you require a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or in a similar technical field.

2. Analytical Skills: Information technology engineers can conduct system analysis to detect issues with performance.

3. Problem-solving Skills: They are well versed in developing and implementing IT solutions to resolve technical challenges

4. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same field

5. UAE Driving License

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED7,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)
