Position Summary
Reporting to the VP Marketing of Asia, Pernod Ricard Asia is looking for a Head of Marketing Business Acceleration in the PR Asia HQ Marketing team to lead the expansion, recruitment and development of consumers with a particular focus on South East Asia.
Responsible for the strategic development and management of Southeast Asian markets as well as Strategic Regional brands, distributor brands, JV/Partnership brands and most importantly RTDs, this role will be tasked with leading a team to develop a comprehensive portfolio, communication, and activation plans & toolkits, satisfying market and consumer needs. Whilst also identifying new growth opportunities and NPD for the brands. A primary responsibility of the role will be tasked with ensuring that our regional brand strategy is clearly communicated to enable effective in-market execution.
This is also a multifaceted role, with key responsibilities including the co development of S&R and BSR campaigns, along with sustainability initiatives, the creation and maintenance of a best practice hub to actively disseminate learnings across the region as well as brand education, knowledge and advocacy learning.
This incumbent needs to be able to create scale across the region, while designing and piloting test & learn plans to experiment and prepare future optimization. The incumbent would also help manage close relationship with local market affiliates, brand companies and the RTD business unit and work with multiple stakeholders in the region on innovation development, production and supply, content creation, scaled activation campaigns across the region, therefore, strong leadership, communication, collaboration and ownership are musts for this position.
There is also a strong commercial and financial acumen that is required for this role in order to generate value growth across the region and to understand and contribute to the path the growth and development of the markets.
Key Responsibilities
The Head of Business Acceleration will be responsible for:

- Seagram’s & SEA portfolio architecture & Positioning and proposition development
- Strategic local brands RTD strategy, structure and development including local production footprint expansion

Skills / Qualifications / Experience:
You will have:
- A Bachelor Degree in business studies or related discipline. MBA experience a plus
- 10+ years of experience working at a respectable marketing team of a recognized brand(s)
- People and team management experience
- Proven experience on business development of potential markets
- Strong leadership and an entrepreneurial & resourceful start-up mindset to test initiatives, learn and scale up to accelerate
- Business acumen/rigor and strategic thinking ability to analyze root issues and opportunities with an agile mindset
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a collaborative, consensus-building approach including internal and external partners
- A natural passion for understanding consumer behavior and translating insights into action
- High results orientation, reliable work ethic and solid project management skills to manage multiple large-scale workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional Asian language a plus
